  Al's car care is a buch of crooks stay far away and make sure they don't screw you over. See. Other people call them out to being crooks and don't know how to handle clients .
  
  I've rented U Haul trucks for 10 years now. Various times around WI long distance WI to MN , MN to FL , FL to VT , VT to NY , NY to IL twice and was planning to support U Haul.
  
  As I rented a U Haul on Saturday LOCAL YORKVILLE TO MORRIS for 2 days. When the U Haul papers was signed the person asked me if I wanted insurance , at first I said no and told him that we just need to inspect for scratches . He told me that I can do it .
  
  I don't know if U Haul changed their inspection but usualy the U Haul person go out with you with stickers and attach them where there is scratches .
  
  The person told me that the gas gauge is at 1/4 . Me and my wife paid for the U Haul there in cash and did some erronds in town . The business closed at 11 am on the Saturday.
  
  When I started the U haul rental up later about 5 on I noticed the gas gauge was at 1/8 after the person told me that the gas gauge is at 1/4 that morning .
  
  I did not think to much if it which I should have called U Haul .
  
  I returned the truck on Sunday at 8 pm. Monday morning I got charged an extra $52 because the gas gauge was at 1/8.
  I contacted the manager that did not return with a phone call the course of action and U Haul that refuse to help me .
  
  The persons at Al's car care just caused U Haul to loose a client .

  Al is amazing. He will help you out with anything that you need. Great family owned and local place to get your car fixed. Very honest and does a great job!! I will never go anywhere else to get my car fixed.
