  More than half the time we come here for ice cream they don't have what we would want. Besides that the employees seem they'd rather talk and pay attention to each other when you're trying to order or wait for your purchase from the dunkin part. Most likely why you're waiting quite a long time in the drive through if they even decide to acknowledge you.

  I like this Dunkin’ because it’s really close to where I nanny, but my order is wrong at least 75% of the time. They’ve forgotten hash browns, sweetener in my coffee, and milk/creamer in my coffee so many times. BUT they have great customer service. They are very friendly.
