  Not happy with the car. I rented a standard which they said would be a Buick or something similar. Which I had rented a Buick before and loved. No I end up with a Hyundai sonata or something like that. Hated it. Then when I went to return the car there were two people in front of me and the guy working was like I'll be right with you. So I'm like ok whatever. These people were here first so I'll wait my turn. So 15 minutes later he looks at me and says are you just returning. I'm like yeah and he's like I can just take the keys and we'll email you a receipt. It took 15 minutes for you to ask me that! Really?!?! That should have been his first comment to me when I walked in. Not to mention observing him with the other customers you could tell he was a complete tool bag. Don't know how he keeps his job.
