  I've been using BLC for commercial maintenance on a few of our buildings for about 18 months (landscape and snow plowing), no complaints at all. His crews are on time, courteous, and make accommodations based upon our what our tenants have going on at our buildings. Tim is very responsive and quick to make any adjustments we need. I've also used him a few times for spring clean-up on my personal residence, same thing. Got there when they said they would, banged it out quick. The first year I had 1 item that wasn't done the way I wanted, they came back and took care of it the next day.
